Chutney Fried Pad Thai

5 tbsp Date and Tamarind chutney.  a few splashes of fish sauce.  Some olive oil.  Mix in fry pan on medium-high heat.  Add pre-soaked pad thai noodles.  Stir-fry 4-6 minutes.  For softer noodles, add some water and let it boil out (there's your minutes).  remove noodles/sauce from pan.  add more oil, drop in two eggs, scramble lightly.  Add eggs to top of noodles.  DELISH!
